THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL, ELECTRONIC OR DIGITAL SIGNATURE.

This Privacy Policy is a legally binding document between You and the active operating entity of the platform "BookMyBooks". The terms of this Privacy Policy will be effective upon your acceptance of the same (directly or indirectly in electronic form, by clicking on the "I Accept" tab, or by use of the website or other means) and will govern the relationship between you and BookMyBooks for your use of the app and website portals.

This document is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data of Information) Rules, 2011 under the Information Technology Act, 2000; which require the publishing of a privacy policy for the collection, use, storage, and transfer of sensitive personal data or information.

• Securing system integrity and shielding the platform against malicious software, hacking, or payment fraud.

You unconditionally permit that we may share, disclose, or transfer your information (within or outside the Republic of India) to logistics carrier partners, financial institutions, and specialized service entities to execute transactions.

The processing of digital payments is carried out under the absolute regulatory compliance of partner payment gateways, and we shall not be liable for delayed updates or gateway communication drops.

We reserve the rights to disclose personal information if mandated under law enforcement actions, judicial orders, constitutional authorities, or to shield our legal standing in active disputes.

We prioritize data security and enforce strict technical reviews, storage security, encryption standards, and digital guardrails. Financial parameters are held in strict compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

All customer information is retained for the duration needed to fulfill order packaging and service contracts, or as required under applicable statutory Indian rules, whichever is later.

Submitting information to the storefront is a voluntary action. You retain the right to withdraw your consent to data profiling at any time by emailing the support channels. Note that removing permission may trigger the cancellation of pending orders or access restrictions.

Price Adjustments: Displayed prices for all book sets can be changed without prior notice. The price presented at order placement will govern the checkout. All posted prices are inclusive of applicable charges and taxes unless specified otherwise.

Terms of Payment: Orders must reach complete validation before shipping is triggered. We support credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, and authorized digital wallets.

Fulfillment Responsibilities: Once transactions are validated, shipping arrays are handled by our designated carrier partners. Risk of transit loss transfers to the buyer upon final delivery.

Damaged & Defective Deliveries: Returns are accepted if products are verified damaged during shipping or exhibit manufacturing defects. Issues must be logged within 72 hours of shipment receipt.

Modification & Cancellations: Orders can be updated before packaging and logistics dispatch. Completed, shipped orders are final.

Restocking Penalties: Mid-process cancellations are subject to restocking fees. International products carry a fee of 25% of order value; standard local orders carry a 10% restocking deduction. Verified refunds are cleared to origin bank pathways within 10 working days.

Users are given a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the portal. System duplication, crawling, framing, or extracting source layouts is strictly prohibited.

All technical platform codes, digital assets, templates, button designs, scripting nodes, database structures, and backend files are the proprietary software property of ENACUTE and are guarded strictly by copyright and trade laws.

These policies and terms are compiled and run under the legal framework of the Republic of India. In the event of system challenges, operational disputes, or transaction complaints, legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts at Pune, Maharashtra, to the exclusion of any other judicial arenas.
